DDI is a leading development-focused, conflict prevention initiative, which brings together NGOs, governments, the private sector and NGOs in a concerted effort to help formalize and improve socio-economic conditions in the ADM sector. After DDI’s inception in December 2006, heads of state meeting at the G8 Summit in June 2007 noted that their support for the organization.
