Popular DIY Carpenter from TLC's Trading Spaces and his own show "Carter Can", Carter Oosterhouse will be building a new life with actress Amy Smart.
Married Saturday in his hometown of Traverse City, Michigan, Smart is known for her roles inThe Butterfly Effect and Varsity Blues.
