Ivanka Trump Takes us on a Journey
Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry is introducing the "Journey," a new series of collections inspired by Ivanka's passion for travel, architecture and design. Each collection is directly influenced by Ivanka’s favorite locations around the globe. The voyage begins with "Metropolis" – meaning “mother city"; a line of 18k yellow gold and diamond jewelry, inspired by 1920’s Art Deco architecture, in Ivanka’s favorite city, New York. Each piece in the Metropolis Collection is designed with an ‘IT’ motif, signifying the Greek key – a popular architectural design during the Art Deco period. Born and raised in NYC, Ivanka says, "It was important to me that Metropolis was the first collection in the Journey series...the culture and atmosphere of this city have always been a major source of creative inspiration." Mauro Felter's Path of Flowers
Mauro Felter drew inspiration for his new collection, "The Path of Flowers," from a valley near his hometown in Northern Italy called Vallecamonica. There are two mountains in this valley, Concarena and Pizzo Badile, where there is a light refraction phenomenon known as the "Spirit of the Mountain" which slowly dissipates with the rising of the sun. The mystical aura of this place influenced Mauro's use of color in his latest collection. He uses 18k rose and yellow gold with a variety of gemstones such as fire opals, Australian boulder opals, paraiba tourmalines, green turquoise, sapphires, rubies, emeralds and diamonds (yellow, brown and colorless). The Path of Flowers was named after a mountain path surrounded by colorful flowers that takes you to the top of the highest mountain in the valley. Design Atelier Salon #15
