Gumuchian quietly debuted their "Tiny Hearts" collection in early March to a packed room celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Babies Heart Fund at the Columbia Medical Center. The collection was inspired by head designer Patricia Gumuchian's daughter, Katya, who was born with a heart condition that required open heart surgeries and a year stay in the PICU all before the age of 2. Katya's early life consisted of experiences that no child should ever have to experience. But not only has she survived, she has thrived. Patricia created the collection to benefit the department that saved her daughter's life.
